Welcome to the Original Shanghai Chop House. Since 1942 this family owned business has been serving the community of Lethbridge. The official date of opening in 1942 is still not confirmed, but it was opened with a dream. It was to provide the best quality in food, service and experience. To this day the high standards and expectations have been passed on through generations.
